Students become cookie monsters
The students all took away different lessons and pieces of advice from FACS.
“The lesson I think I will use most from FACS is to save money,” Brandi Pait, 9, said.
The FACS experience was very valuable for anyone who took the classes.
“FACS has helped me further my decisions of the type of career I want to go into and how I would go about doing it,” Victor Landaverde, 12, said.
“My favorite experience in FACS was when we were learning about eggs and we had to cook them and there was a baby chicken in it,” Bailey Richman, 12, said.
Mrs. Elsie Morris created numerous projects to keep her students challenged from taking care of infants to building their dream house to scale.
“My favorite part of FACS is that there’s never a dull moment and one of the most useful and informational classes to help in future success,” Michael Cooper, 11, said.
