21st Annual Cherokee County Student Art Show

The 21st Annual Cherokee County Student Art Show will be held March 31-April 2, 2015. Theme for this year’s art show is “One Square Mile: A Look around Cherokee County as We See It” and will feature school art show winners in grades Pre-K though 12th grade from across the county. This year’s art show is being held at Tahlequah Public Schools’ Performing Arts Center located at 591 Pendleton.

Awards presentations will be held Tuesday, March 30th from 6-7 p.m. at the PAC. First, second, and third place winners in each category division will receive a medal and a cash prize during the awards ceremony.

The art show will be on exhibit at the PAC on Wednesday, April 1st from 8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. and Thursday, April 2nd from 8:30 a.m. – 3 p.m. The art show is sponsored by Tahlequah Public Schools’ Gifted and Talented Program and is made possible by the generous funding of Lake Region Electric Cooperative along with special support from The Spider Gallery and the Cherokee Art Center.
