Sherry Yount has been in education for the past 28 years as a teacher and administrator. She has taught multiple grade levels giving her a well-rounded view of the educational process.

She is currently serving as the Director of Alternative Education at Central Academy.

Sherry is a Tahlequah Public Schools, NSU and SNU alumna. She is married to Ronnie Yount and has 2 children and 4 grandchildren. 

Sherry has a passion for serving and loves working with those students that are facing challenges in their educational journey!
