Hello Tahlequah Tigers! This is just a reminder that tomorrow night is our first high school home football game. Our new safety procedures will be in place. You can find these on our website and on our Facebook page. A few of these procedures are clear bags only, 6th through 12th grade students must have their IDs and elementary aged students must be with a parent or guardian. Thank you ahead of time for your cooperation and patience!
We are aware of an incident involving an unloaded BB gun brought to school at Tahlequah Middle School. This morning the administration was notified by a student of a reported weapon on campus. Administrators and our SRO immediately searched the student’s backpack and found an unloaded BB gun. We want to emphasize that the situation has been resolved and appropriate disciplinary actions will be taken. The well-being of our students is our top priority, and we are committed to providing a safe learning environment.
